Sr. Recruiter

The Sr. Recruiter has advanced to a point of client backup and/or new account solicitation.  They will follow through with the introduction of our organization to new potential clients and secure the basic job order information and engage in discussion of prices.

The Sr. Recruiter has the following responsibilities as an expected regular part of their work.

  1. Specific and complete job discussions with their candidates
  2. Set up interview times with their candidates
  3. Direct participation in
    1. Interview Preparation
    2. Candidate Debrief
    3. Purposeful and planned Client Job Order approaches
    4. Written business plan for their desk
    5. Offer negotiation with candidate
    6. Observe offer negotiation with A/E & Client
    7. Address candidate concerns
    8. After placement follow up
  4. Set a positive example for newly hired Recruiters
  5. Develop informed personal career objectives

This is a step preparation towards determination of qualification for the position of Account Executive.
